Patients with different pathologies get prevention, curative, rehabilitative, and palliative care. It provides daily follow-up by doing ward rounds for the good recovery of the patients. The difficult cases are transferred to tertiary for further management. The department has separate wards for males and females; it has also some private rooms and isolation rooms. It is staffed by certified and registered nurses and physicians.
