The hospital is currently fully operational with 120 beds with the following services:
1. Emergency: Emergency Care Unity, Observation Care Unit, Minor Surgery, Ambulance Services).
2. Surgery Department: Surgical ward, Theatre room and Recovery room (Maternity), Sterilization (Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD)& Laundry.
3. Gynecology/Obstetrics Department: Antenatal, Labour/Delivery, Postpartum care and Family planning
4. Pediatrics Department: General Pediatric Ward, Neonatology Services
5. Internal Medicine Department: Female ward, Male ward, Isolation room for TB.
Additional services include:
1. Ambulatory/Out Patient Department (OPD): General medical Consultation & NCDs, Specialized medical Consultation (Dermatology Clinic, Pediatrics, Gynecology-Obstetrics), Stomatology/ Dental services, Ophthalmology services/ Vision Center , ARTs, Isange One Stop Center, Irangamimerere (CRVS), Mental health/Clinical Psychology (OPD and Inpatient)
2. Clinical Support Services:
Reception, Archive, Pharmacy Services, Medical Imaging Services, Clinical Laboratory Services, Physiotherapy Services, Nutrition and rehabilitation Service

The hospital operates a comprehensive Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system known as OpenClinic, ensuring efficient, accurate, and secure management of patient data and clinical operations.
