Patients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to reduce waiting time and ensure efficient service delivery.

In case of life-threatening situations, contact the emergency number immediately or proceed directly to the hospital’s Emergency Department.

Visiting Hours

To ensure patient recovery and hospital safety, visiting hours are regulated.

General Visiting Hours:

  • Monday – Sunday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Visitors are kindly requested to:

  • Limit visits to short durations
  • Follow infection prevention guidelines
  • Respect hospital safety policies

Special arrangements may apply for critical care and maternity units.

Admission Process

Patients requiring admission must complete the registration process at reception.

Required Documents:

  • National ID or valid identification
  • Health insurance card (Mutuelle, RSSB, or other accepted schemes)
  • Referral letter (if applicable)

Hospital staff will guide patients through room allocation and care procedures.

Billing & Insurance

The hospital accepts recognized health insurance schemes and approved payment methods.

  • Community-Based Health Insurance (Mutuelle de Santé)
  • RSSB
  • Other approved insurers

Patients are advised to verify coverage details before receiving services. For uninsured services, payment must be completed at the billing office.
