The outpatient service offers services to patients whose conditions are not critical; they are evaluated and treated by the physician and go back home the same day. Some of them are given an appointment to come back again for follow-up. It’s also possible to transfer the patient for further management to a referral hospital if the case can’t be managed in our facility as it is done for emergency and other inpatient clients.
The service works from Monday to Saturday between 07:00-05:00 PM, including holidays. The service offers services including Admission, Outpatient registration, Consultation, providing the right information to the next step of health care to be provided, Medical prescription, External referral, and Follow-up of patients with chronic illness in collaboration with allied health professional departments such as Physiotherapy, Mental health department, Laboratory department, and Medical Imaging department, Dental and Ophthalmology departments.
