Supporting Departments
The supporting Departments comprise the Director General’s Office and the Administration and Finance Unit and are respectively headed by the Director General of the Hospital and the Director of Administration and Finance.
The Director General is in charge of coordinating all the activities within the hospital, leading the management committee, and representing the hospital while the Director of Administration and Finance is in charge of following the list of staff and updating it regularly, following administrative personnel records, monitoring all activities related to staff, tracking the supply chain of goods (medication, equipment, property) of the hospital and Participate in the strategic plan, the annual and quarterly plan of the hospital.
